We treat most HMO patients and work with all HMO providers. HMO providers may contact us to evaluate their designated patients. We also work closely with HMO providers to coordinate care with other health services to deliver the best care for current and future patients. Patients can also contact their HMO providers to designate us for evaluation and serve as their primary care provider. If your plan is out-of-network with us, our team can work with you to get a preauthorization from your insurance carrier for your care.
