Attend the Scribe National Accreditation Program now and we’ll get you on your way to becoming a CERTIFIED medical scribe specialist (CMSS).
This training program will provide you with all knowledge and skills to supplement your capabilities as a medical assistant. The course consists of a comprehensive look at the SOAP note, breaking down and understanding the necessary elements to capture essential information, enable your physician to receive optimal reimbursement and assist in improving your provider’s efficiency. We provide you with simulations and provide experiential learning to enhance your education experience. Our course also provides preparation in order to take the scribe certification test, the MSCAT.

Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate must be competent and capable of working in a professional and demanding environment. Prior medical proficiency is a bonus however not necessary. Scribes must have a strong grasp of the English language, require legible handwriting and proficient computer skills. We require a high level of maturity and someone who moves with a sense of urgency.
What we look for:
• Part time (less than 30 hours/week) minimum commitment of 2 years
• Full time (30 hours or more /week) minimum commitment of 1 year
